01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of BVC Fashion ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use our services or website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02. Our Services

BVC Fashion provides fashion-related services including but not limited to:

• Bespoke tailoring and custom garment creation
• Bridal couture consultation and design
• Ready-to-wear collections
• Personal styling and wardrobe consultation
• Ethnic, fusion, and contemporary wear
• Fashion accessories and styling

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

03. Orders & Payments

All orders placed with BVC Fashion constitute a legally binding agreement once confirmed. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service type.
• Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or card at our studio.
• Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed orders will honour the price at the time of booking.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

04. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% upon order confirmation. The balance is due upon collection of the finished garment.

Timelines for bespoke orders are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability. BVC Fashion is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

• A minimum of two fittings may be required for bespoke garments.
• Client measurements are the client's responsibility; BVC Fashion will make reasonable adjustments within the original design scope.
• Significant design changes after work has commenced may attract additional charges.

05. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order garments, returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be considered in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of collection.

• Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 14 days if unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Bridal couture and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

06. Intellectual Property

All content on the BVC Fashion website — including designs, photographs, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of BVC Fashion and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from BVC Fashion. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

07. User Conduct

Users of our website and services agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Copy, scrape, or harvest content from our website

08. Limitation of Liability

BVC Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose.

09. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
